Active ageing and Pre-Retirement coursesPre-retirement courses help senior-employees to adapt to and prepare for the changes to their life in their final years of work and after they retire. The 1-3 day courses offer general advice, but particularly assist participants to strike their ideal work-life balance, offer advice on how they can achieve their goals in their last years of work and after, and assess how participants can finance their retirement plans.
