Migration - Partner SearchThe purpose of the project will be the creation and development of a digital learning environment that allows people who work in public administration or in NGOs with the immigrant community, to use the tools that will be made available to them in order to improve their services in an efficient way and increase the quality, of the services provided to this group. The work of intercultural mediators who work in the administrations and organizations responsible for attending their needs, is an essential step to achieve integration of the referenced group.
Results / Expected Impact
• Development of an interactive digital platform that can be used as a tool and reference point for all those people involved in intercultural mediation work and placement of the immigrant population.
• Improvement of public resources available and of those the immigrant population accesses.
• Increased efficiency and effectiveness in the processes of assistance and support to the immigrant.
